On your first visit you Therapist will take detailed notes about your condition and medical history, from this she will devise a personal return to health and maintenence plan.

When booking a Bowen treatment for the first time, it is recommended that you plan to attend two treatment sessions, approximately one week apart. This allows the therapist to assess your initial response to the technique and follow up the first treatment accordingly.

In acute conditions, relief from the presenting symptoms can be experienced after the first visit. Chronic conditions may take longer.
