Parent and Baby reflexology
If you've had a look at the website and if you have met me, there will be no doubt you know how much I rave about reflexology. It works for EVERYTHING!!! well now I am able to offer workshops for parents and babies.
I will take you through a range of moves to help you soothe and relax both baby and yourself. I will also show you strategies of how to work with the usual infant problems such as colic, teething, upset tummies etc.
The workshop includes a comprehensive manual that will remind you of the moves and areas worked on during the workshop.
If you are interested in taking part in a small group workshop or having a1-1 session, please contact me to arrange a suitable date.
