I have been practicing complementary therapies for over 10 years now. 

To say I enjoy the work would be an understatement. I love it.

 The job satisfaction is immense.

Please note that I am fully trained, experienced and insured in the therapies I offer, and where possible I am a member of an official organisation connected to that particular therapy, and I regularly undertake post graduate training in order for me to keep abreast of the latest thoughts and practices in the field.

Although I have studied several therapies, I specialise in The Bowen Technique and Reflexology. I find these therapies are the most  effective for my clients. Being able to specialise enables me to continuously update and keep abreast of what is new in my field and also research how these therapies work with a wide variety of conditions.

What ever your condition, I endeavour to work to bring the best out of your body to either reduce pain or to improve your mobility. Long term conditions such as arthritis can be improved to make your quality of life much better. I have a particular interest in those suffering from arthritis as I also has battled this condition since childhood, with much success.

l

l will liaise with other practitioners if necessary to ensure you receive the best possible service. If appropriate, I will also communicate with your GP, regarding further investigations or an alternative treatment approach.

Once I have helped you back to health I will introduce a maintenance programme to keep you in the best condition, either referring you to appropriate support services or by regular, appropriate meetings with me.
